Bachmanns makes a huge range of continental style Patisserie to the most exacting standards. Using the finest ingredients, to Ernst Bachmanns legendary recipes, we stick to the Swiss tradition of keeping the sugar content to a minimum. This results in desserts and confectionary that are lighter than most, yet are still packed full of the flavours of the particular ingredients we are showcasing.
