Our stunning range of gateaux are always available to take away throughout the day. All our gateaux and keeping cakes can be personalised with a hand-written plaque, to celebrate every special occasion. You can order in advance, or simply turn up, select your favourite and we’ll write out the message of your choice while you wait.
Standard sized gateaux are £21 for six portions and £32 for ten portions. Sacher torte, cheesecake and our mixed fruit gateaux are also available at £21 for six portions and £36 for 12 portions. Mixed fruit gateaux are also available at £32 for ten portions. A personalised plaque costs £3

Corona Gateau
Chocolate sable base, amaretto soaked sponge, rich chocolate ganache, and our legendary corona chocolate glaze.

Strawberry Gateau
Vanilla sable base, vanilla sponge soaked with grand marnier syrup, strawberry mousse and topped with glazed strawberries

Sacher Torte
Rich Chocolate Cake. Chocolate genoese sponge soaked with a rum syrup, interleaved with chocolate ganache, finished with a shiny chocolate glaze.

Fruits of the Forest
A very light Fruits of the Forest Mousse, with striped chocolate and vanilla spomge, topped with a compote and mixed summer berries

Hazelnut Praline
Vanilla sponge base with orange syrup, apricot confi, whole roasted caramelised hazelnuts, milk chocolate and praline mousse

Mixed Fruit Gateau
Vanilla sponge soaked in Grand Marnier or orange syrup, Chantilly cream, raspberry confi, topped with glazed fruits

Jubilee gateau
A milk chocolate and caramel mousse, with a raspberry-kirsch filling on chocolate feuilletine base, finished in sprayed couverture.

Lemon Meringue
A charlotte sponge base with a layer of tart lemon curd, lemon Bavarois, and topped with a flambeed meringue and glazed.

New Forest Gateau
A lighter, more modern version of the classic Black Forest- chocolate sponge infused with kirsch syrup. cherry compote, chocolate truffle mousse, all wrapped in a cherry mousse, and topped with couverture flakes dusted with cocoa.
