Portioned individually as standard, but ask about our larger sizes too. Gateaux Opera (coffee), Our Triple Chocolate mousse and Chocolate Almond and Raspberry slice, Apple Strudel and our Mille Feuille can all be ordered in an elegant strip of up to 9 portions and personalised for a Birthday treat.

Triple chocolate
A brownie base, white, milk and dark chocolate mousse, and a shiny chocolate glaze. Shown here in a long 8 portion bar garnished with mixed berries.

Chocolate and Honey Tart
A rich chocolate and honey ganache, on a chocolate sable biscuit base. Sprayed in velvety dark chocolate, and finished with a chocolate honeycomb and bee.

The classic Parisian pastry: delicate repeated ;ayers of coffee sponge, coffee buttercream and chocolate ganache. shown here as an individual portion or a 6 portion bar.
